This policy explains how Reckona Inc. ("we") handles information in the mobile app "Queue Forecast" ("the App").
Last updated: July 18, 2026
The App stores all queue records you enter (people or groups ahead, progress taps, store name, wait times) only on your device. We do not send or collect these records on any server. No account is required to use the App.
The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photos.
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information:
| Service | Purpose | Data that may be collected | Their policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Displaying and serving ads | Advertising identifier (IDFA / Ad ID), device information, coarse region, ad interactions | Google Privacy Policy |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Detecting crashes and improving quality | Crash diagnostics, device model / OS version, app version, anonymous identifiers | Firebase Privacy |
The App shows banner ads via Google AdMob. In the EEA, UK, and other applicable regions, the App checks your consent status through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) at launch and shows a consent form when required. You can change your choice from "Ad privacy settings" on the home screen and the info screen.
Firebase Analytics collection is disabled; the App does not collect Analytics data. Only crash reporting (Crashlytics) is used.
On iOS, the App may ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. You can use the App even if you decline tracking.
We may in the future use anonymized, aggregated statistics to improve per-store wait-time accuracy, but such data will never include personally identifiable information. The current version does not transmit your queue records off the device.
The App is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy as laws or features change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
